School Improvement Plan

Find Out More
technology plan

At the Islamic School of Louisville we are dedicated to continuously improving our school through a comprehensive analysis of data that includes national and local assessments and parent, teacher and student surveys.  This information is analyzed on a regular basis and specific, measurable annual goals are created and implemented based on this data.  For the 2016-2017 school year, our school has the following goals designed to continuously improve the resources and student achievement of our students.

Goal 1: By May 26, 2017 all certified teaching staff are trained in a professional development
program related to the evaluation, interpretation and use of data by implementing the Data Wise process in order to identify instructional growth areas

Goal 2: The technology infrastructure will meet the teaching, learning and operational needs of
all stakeholders.

Goal 3: To increase student achievement in math and reading as measured by MAP assessments

Goal 4: Students in KG-G8 will be periodically assessed in Arabic written proficiency in order to generate data that will be used to monitor and adjust curriculum, instruction and the vertical alignment of Arabic content across grade levels
